toolcraft maps the entire process chain from design and simulation to manufacturing, quality control and non-destructive testing. In order to always guarantee the latest state of the art, the company has already made some investments this year. During this process, older turning and milling machines were tested and sold in part. Following the addition of four new Hermle milling machines and a new DMG turning machine, a total of more than 50 machining systems are now available.
An LMD (Laser Metal Deposition) system and a Concept Laser M2 Cusing were put into operation for 3D printing in metal. The Trumpf TruLaser Cell 3000 for laser deposition welding is the ideal complement to the powder bed process. In total, toolcraft now has 13 systems for the division additive manufacturing.
