Bayern Innovativ GmbH initiated ‘Bavaria Makes’ with the aim of accelerating the transformation from research to industrial production. toolcraft AG is one of the founding members alongside Colibrium Additive, EOS GmbH, MTU Aero Engines AG, Oerlikon AM Europe GmbH, Siemens AG and the Technical University of Munich. This initiative differs from traditional co-operations in that it brings together leading international corporations with medium-sized companies, universities and associations.
On 23 and 24 October 2025, Bayern Innovativ will be organising the ‘Next Gen Manufacturing’ congress, presenting new applications and innovative approaches for additive manufacturing.
