Additive MANUFACTURING

During the development stage, we advise you on design, FEM calculations, topology optimisation and the choice of materials. We can also use reverse engineering to generate design files for components which have already been manufactured. Additionally, we repair damaged or worn components using laser metal deposition. Robotics

As an integrator, we provide services ranging from consulting, conceptual design, feasibility analysis and process development all the way through to the visualisation and implementation of the fully programmed automation solution. Our key areas of focus include determining cycle times, simulating process sequences and evaluating your system’s economic efficiency. Machining

We can assist with optimising designs to fit your production lines and developing processes for heat treatment and technical cleaning. For existing components, we use reverse engineering to generate design files. INJECTION MOULDING AND MOULD MAKING

Using our tool design and optimisation skills, combined with our simulation capabilities (visualisation, warpage simulation, simulation of the filling process), we cover the complete process chain – from part design all the way to automation.
