The manufacturer qualification according to DIN 2303 certifies the quality requirements for manufacturing and repair companies for defense-related products by welding / brazing / thermal spraying. Additive manufacturing with the laser beam process includes the following processes: L-PBF (Laser Powder Bed Fusion) and LMD (Laser Metal Deposition), including joint welding.
“Umwelt- und Klimapakt” – Environment and Climate Agreement
- Certification authority: Bavarian State Ministry of the Environment and Consumer Protection
- Year: Early 2013
- Sustainable production, e.g. by using the waste of manufacturing machines for shop floor heating and by generating electricity from solar energy through photovoltaic systems
- Latest technology permits energy efficient, resource saving and waste reducing production, such as in additive manufacturing with reusable metal powders.
- Local employees with mostly very short commuting distances also help to minimise our impact on the environment.
Material Manufacturer according to DGRL 2014/68/EU
- Certification authority: TÜV Rheinland
- Initial certification: December 2022
- The certificate demonstrates that the material manufacturer has established and applies a Quality Management System. The system was audited according to the European Directive 2014/68/EU, Annex I, Par. 4.3, with regard to the materials as listed in the scope of approval (scope: production of additive materials).
BSFZ
- Certification Centre for Research Allowance (Bescheinigungsstelle Forschungszulage)
- 2021
- The seal is awarded exclusively by the „Bescheinigungsstelle Forschungszulage“ (BSFZ). Companies can use it to prove their innovation expertise. The BSFZ seal stands for research and development projects carried out (in part) in-house as proof of in-house R&D performance.
