Machining Mechanic for Milling Centres

  • Manufacture of dimensionally accurate workpieces for machinery, devices and systems by means of conventional and numerically controlled machine tools
  • Creating, entering and optimising machine tool programs
  • Set-up of machine tools, pre- and post-processing of manufacturing jobs
  • Machining of workpieces according to manufacturing parameters
  • Programming of numerically controlled machine tools using Mastercam and Solidcam CAD/CAM software
  • Handling of customer projects in close collaboration with specialised staff

 

Tooling Mechanic

  • Manufacture and maintenance of moulds and dies
  • Manufacture of components and assemblies for moulds and fixtures
  • Assembly and disassembly of moulds and fixtures
  • Overhauling and repair of moulds and fixtures

 

Process Mechanic in Plastics and Rubber Engineering

  • Manufacture of plastic parts by injection moulding 
  • Set-up, planning and control of workflow and motion sequences
  • Machining and processing of blanks or prepregs into components or finished parts
  • Handling of customer projects and orders in close collaboration with expert staff

 

Industrial Management Assistant

  • Administrative tasks focussed on production, materials, raw materials, machines or human resources management, depending on field of deployment
  • Planning and control of production, implementation of customer orders, cost and financial accounting, calculation, invoicing and arrears, sales and shipments, goods receiving and warehousing

 

Mechatronics engineer

  • Machining metal using a wide variety of techniques
  • Assembling modules and components into machines and systems (e.g. robot cells for use in industry)
  • Installing electric modules and components
  • Reading and preparing circuit diagrams, technical drawings and instruction manuals
  • Programming and testing hardware and software
  • Repairing and maintaining mechatronic systems

 

IT specialist

  • Creating and setting up new and existing systems
